THURMAN, WILSON & BOUTWELL, P.A. handles many different types of criminal charges (both felonies and misdemeanors) and traffic citations (such as speeding tickets, reckless driving, driving without a license, driving while license revoked). This ranges from the simple speeding ticket to a DWI charge to State and/or Federal trials for more serious criminal charges.

Our firm also provides guidance and direction to those being investigated but not yet charged with a crime. The client must navigate difficult waters of knowing when to talk to and assist police officers, and of knowing when to remain silent. If charged with a crime, the police methods and procedures must be scrutinized. Additionally, careful attention is given to determine if a plea agreement should be worked out or whether the client should go to trial.
