Helped concerned homeowners remove the board of directors of the homeowners association through obtaining a court ordered recall election.
Fought for the rights taxicab owners in lobbying efforts with Charlotte City Council and in litigation against Charlotte Douglas Airport and the City of Charlotte.
Successfully defended fraud claims against a developer of a multi-million dollar development in multi-week jury trial.
Foreclosure sale set aside by the Court by showing the lender foreclosed on the property in disregard to legal requirements.
Represented a victim of a drunk driving accident in litigation and settled with the insurance company, the defendant personally, and the restaurant chain that served the defendant alcohol.
