Experience:

Mr. Thurman has devoted his entire legal career to the private practice of law. He provides representation in both transactional and litigation matters, with an emphasis on adoptions and small business acquisitions. Mr. Thurman's extensive courtroom experience enables him to advise nonlitigation clients more effectively regarding risks and opportunities in their particular matters. Mr. Thurman has been a featured speaker at numerous seminars, including the Continuing Legal Education course, Adoption Law in North Carolina. He also has provided representation in numerous multi-million dollar business transactions, and is often consulted for the purpose of counsel in a matter in addition to legal advice.
